What are your candles made from?
Our candles are crafted using 100% plant-based soy wax sourced in the United States. We blend this with high-quality, non-toxic fragrance oils and finish with paper-woven cotton wicks to ensure a clean, safe burn. Our candles are vegan and cruelty-free, with no harmful chemicals or additives.

How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary depending on the size of the candle. On average, our 8oz candles burn for around 40-50 hours, and our larger candles can burn up to 80 hours. For best results, follow our recommended burn instructions.

Are your wax melts safe?
Yes! All our wax melts are made from an all-natural blend of soy and beeswax, paired with non-toxic fragrance oils. They are free of harmful chemicals and are safe to use with any wax melt warmer.

How should I care for my candles?
To get the best burn from your candles: Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent soot. Allow the candle to burn for 2-3 hours to create an even melt pool. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface and never leave unattended.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards in various denominations, perfect for gifting to friends or loved ones. They can be used online or in-person at markets.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged (such as broken glass), we will happily offer a replacement. If you are absolutely unhappy with an item you ordered, please reach out via email at rainydydreamz@gmail.com to see if we can make it right.

Stolen packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, or entering your address incorrectly:
If UPS/USPS fails to deliver your package correctly or if your package is stolen, this is not the responsibility of Rainy Day Dreamz. You will be prompted to file a claim through the carrier for a full refund. Please be sure to ship your candles to a reliable address that doesn't have frequent delivery issues.

What if my order arrives broken or damaged?
If this happens, we'll do our best to make this right. Please email us a photo of the following: the damaged item up close, the box (showing all packaging used to protect the item) AND a photo of the shipping label on the box.
